Duties

• Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to client representation.
• Participate in trial preparation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Research and analyze complex litigation issues.

Requirements

• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas.
• Excellent writing abilities.
• 3-5 years of litigation experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee bar.
