Duties

• Evaluate and investigate cases by reviewing claims and gathering evidence.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
• Review and summarize medical records to strengthen case valuation.
• Prepare and review legal documents such as claims and demand letters.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties.
• Provide legal guidance at mediations, depositions, and hearings.
• Monitor case costs to ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Stay current on legislation and legal practices through ongoing training.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree with admission to the Bar in Arizona.
• 1-4 years of experience in related areas of practice.
• Solid understanding of Tort Law and insurance claims processes.
• Experience in drafting legal documentation and reviewing claims.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for client relationship management.
• Proficient in MS Office and case management software.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree
