Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience in construction litigation.
• Familiarity with construction law concepts such as liens, trust fund claims, and defect claims.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Trial and/or arbitration experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
