Duties:
- Handle intellectual property litigation matters, with a primary focus on patent disputes.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development.
- Engage in trial preparation, including evidence collection and witness preparation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and strategic advice.
- Participate in hybrid work arrangements requiring in-office presence two to three days per week.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
- Strong academic record demonstrating legal proficiency.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
- Judicial clerkship experience (preferred but not mandatory).
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Admission to the Delaware Bar (preferred or required within a specified time frame).
Skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional legal writing and research abilities.
- Familiarity with technical disciplines, such as electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science, is highly valued.
