Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, fostering technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals on integrated planning strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and business law, with a strong focus on tax planning.
• Admission to the Georgia or Florida Bar.
• LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and complex matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
