Duties

• Manage and support litigation cases involving intellectual property disputes.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant case law and statutes.

• Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes.
• Experience with inter partes review petitions is highly desirable.
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Education

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science strongly preferred.

Certifications

• Admission to practice before the USPTO preferred.
