Duties:

• Handle a broad range of commercial and corporate litigation matters

• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Represent clients during court appearances, depositions, and negotiations

• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

• Provide strategic legal counsel and litigation support to business clients

• Participate in internal discussions regarding legal approaches and case strategies

• Manage time-sensitive cases and prioritize effectively

• Engage in networking, business development, and speaking opportunities

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in complex litigation

• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

• Strong writing, analytical, and research capabilities

• Professional and practical communication style, particularly with clients on sensitive matters

• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to deadlines

• Motivation for a long-term career in private law practice

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Demonstrated academic excellence

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Massachusetts Bar

• Rhode Island Bar admission preferred
