Duties

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Conduct depositions, hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.

• Develop and implement case strategies tailored to client objectives.

• Advocate effectively in court appearances, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution settings.

• Perform legal research to support case preparation.

• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

• Delegate appropriate tasks to administrative staff and paralegals to enhance efficiency.

• Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and good standing with the State Bar.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in general litigation.

• Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating within a team environment.
