Requirements

• Strong legal analysis, communication, and client counseling skills.
• Deep understanding of personal injury and Michigan No-Fault law.
• Ability to assess cases based on liability, medical evidence, and damages.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a high-volume caseload.
• Professional and empathetic presence with clients.
• Collaborative work style supporting paralegals and case specialists.

Education

• Juris Doctorate

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Michigan

Skills

• Experience in personal injury or litigation preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume environment a plus.
