The candidate will be a member of the Legal Help for Renter’s Project. This position will provide legal assistance involving barriers to tenants including, eviction defense, habitability, safety at home, and economic stability. This unit will work together to create novel approaches to address tenant issues across West Virginia. The unit will be guided by a Project Supervisor and work in concert with paralegals serving the statewide project.
