Summer Internship Program
The intern will work with the team to advance economic justice policies, including paid sick days, paid family and medical leave, equal pay and judicial nominations. Duties will include: Researching and analyzing legal and policy matters; drafting legal briefs, reports, talking points, fact sheets, and other written materials; tracking state work-family legislation; attending meetings, hearings, and briefings; and monitoring federal and state court litigation. Should have current law school enrollment; Must have strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills; Should have the ability to manage multiple tasks and take initiative; and the ability to work independently.
