Duties:

• Draft legal documents including summonses, complaints, motions, and discovery requests

• Conduct legal research and summarize case law relevant to personal injury matters

• Prepare legal briefs and assist with trial preparation

• Screen and evaluate potential new client calls

• Support litigation attorneys with case preparation and documentation

• Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
