A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney in Washington State. The role involves managing a personal caseload, drafting family law pleadings, conducting client consultations, and maintaining regular communication with paralegals and staff.

Duties

• Draft family law pleadings and documents.
• Manage and maintain a personal caseload.
• Conduct consultations with potential clients.
• Provide regular case updates to paralegals and staff.
• Respond to emails promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of family law experience as an attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in Washington State; WSBA member in good standing.
• Familiarity with Washington State court rules and procedures.
• Experience with or ability to learn Dropbox, Adobe, MS Office 365, Linx, Odyssey, Family Soft, Amicus Attorney.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Stable internet and phone access.
• Effective communication skills with diverse populations.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Washington State.
