The successful candidate will manage a caseload from pre-suit through litigation, focusing on client advocacy and achieving optimal case resolutions. Duties

• Manage personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death claims.
• Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and writing.
• Work with clients to understand their injuries and negotiate with insurance companies.
• Collaborate with experts for report drafting and deposition preparation.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience.
• Experience drafting demands and responding to motions.
• Knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy abilities.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
