Morristown office of our client seeks civil litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate will conduct extensive legal research for civil litigation and municipal law; draft complaints, motions and pleadings; prepare answers and serve interrogatories; conduct depositions; attend trials; handle typing and formatting using MS Word and Excel; draft letters and memorandum; file on E-Courts; manage files; and assist senior attorneys. Should be a New Jersey admitted attorney. Judicial Clerkship is preferred.
