A well-established, AV-rated law firm is seeking experienced attorney with expertise in litigation and/or insurance coverage to join their expanding teams across multiple office locations. Location:

• Irvine, CA

Duties:

• Evaluate and resolve complex legal issues in litigation and insurance coverage matters.
• Represent clients in various types of insurance defense and coverage cases.
• Collaborate with teams on legal strategy and case development.
• Manage full litigation cycles from pre-trial through settlement or trial.
• Engage in client interaction, advising on legal matters, and maintaining relationships.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the firm’s practice.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense and coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and function well within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the respective jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of insurance coverage, liability defense, and litigation strategies.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues and clients’ needs effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting of motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
