Duties: Selecting the publicly filed executive employment agreements and equity plans to be included in the What’s Market databases. Drafting detailed summaries of publicly filed executive employment agreements and equity plans and revising based on comments from the Executive Compensation Editors. Identifying topics and drafting What’s Market practice notes, articles and other resources highlighting current market trends. Coordinating with our Washington, D.C. team to ensure that high level employment agreement summaries are completed and published by the team in a timely manner. Drafting and publishing legal updates for our weekly email. Working closely with the Executive Compensation Editors and other services as needed to complete these responsibilities. Providing additional support to the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team as required.
