• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Provide strategic counsel and litigation advice to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier legal services

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business litigation
• Experience in employment defense litigation and real estate law is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, business-minded approach focused on efficiency and client satisfaction

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
