• Oversee regulatory and compliance-related processes.
• Represent clients in property purchases and sales.
• Ensure necessary approvals are secured before completing transactions.
• Manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Active Virginia State Bar license.
• Expertise in residential real estate transactions.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
