• Conduct research, writing, and oral advocacy with precision.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, maintaining strong client relations and a customer-focused approach.
• Engage in successful negotiation tactics, demonstrating a proven record of accomplishment.
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina's substantive and procedural law and federal procedural rules.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Proven courtroom litigation experience, preferably in a first-chair capacity.
• Strong background in South Carolina law and federal procedural rules.
• Excellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills.

Education:

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice law in South Carolina.

Certifications:

• Admission to the South Carolina Bar.
