A law firm seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join its Hollywood office. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of expertise in workers' compensation law and will be committed to advocating for clients' rights in this area.

Duties:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing legal advice and support.
• Manage all aspects of the claims process, from initial consultations through hearings and appeals.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to inform case strategies and support clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough case management and effective representation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong understanding of relevant legal principles and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the state bar where the attorney is practicing.
