Associate Attorney – Employment Law | Litigation
The candidate' must have experience in Employment Law and related litigation to join the team. Traditional Labor experience is a plus. Our national practice provides the opportunity to represent clients throughout the country and to be part of a vibrant growth-oriented team. Candidates must possess top academic credentials, strong legal research, writing and analytical skills; Candidates must have a thorough understanding of civil litigation procedures and experience working on litigation matters; Candidates must also exhibit strong organizational, time management, and project management skills and be able to communicate and interact well with clients and opposing counsel; Duties: Assist with the defense of agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of labor and employment related claims and advice and counseling involving similar issues; Depending on level of experience, the Associate will interview witnesses, prepare witnesses for testimony, conduct depositions, and attend hearings; Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations; Conduct legal research and effectively and persuasively write briefs and motions in all phases of litigation; Cultivate productive and effective relationships with clients.
