Duties

• Draft extensive written discovery, including interrogatories and document requests.
• Attend hearings, draft motions, and manage depositions.
• Analyze and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
• Ensure timely and accurate client reporting.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and good standing with the CA State Bar.
• Minimum of two years of civil or general litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Experience in research, discovery, depositions, and mediations.
• Excellent time management and deadline management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
