Duties

• Engage in M&A and joint venture transactions within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Provide legal advice to clients on energy transition and energy tech sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.
• Membership to the State Bar of California is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
