Location:

• White Plains, NY

Duties:

• Handle all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and court appearances

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documentation

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to complex commercial and construction law issues

• Participate in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Maintain organized case files and develop client relationships

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-stakes litigation

• Monitor legal developments relevant to clients and practice areas

Requirements:

• 3–10 years of litigation experience (construction law preferred)

• Admission to the New York Bar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated interest in commercial and/or construction litigation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York State
