Duties

• Manage a caseload of approximately 100 active personal injury litigation cases with paralegal support.
• Lead all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Negotiate and communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
• Oversee case settlements and disbursement of funds to clients, lienholders, and other parties.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies and enhance legal skills.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a personal injury plaintiff attorney.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions, mediations, and trial work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
