Duties:

- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings and trials
- Provide expert legal counsel in collaboration with senior associates
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in bankruptcy-related matters
- Maintain and organize detailed client records
- Supervise and guide paralegals and administrative staff
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in Louisiana
- Proven experience in bankruptcy law and creditor rights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Education:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Louisiana
- Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
