Seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years’ experience to join Tax Department. Will assist clients with a wide range of corporate tax matters, including business and individual tax strategy, tax controversy, employee benefits and tax litigation. We also handle matters involving tax-exempt organizations and trade associations. CPA/LLM in tax preferred. Must be a current member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona or be eligible for Admission on Motion. Having portable business is a plus.
