Duties

• Independently manage full litigation matters from pre-suit through trial or settlement.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Draft, review, and argue various motions.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
• Appear as lead counsel at hearings and trials.
• Advise clients on litigation risks and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff.
• Maintain control of litigation calendars and procedural compliance.
• Participate in case intake and strategy meetings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 7+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Significant courtroom experience, including trials and mediations.
• Proven ability to manage complex litigation independently.
• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in real estate or complex civil matters preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
