Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business litigation and transactional matters.
• Proficiency in drafting corporate formation documents and various agreements; experience in estate planning preferred.
• Experience supervising associates and providing constructive feedback.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills with a client-focused mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Current admission to the California State Bar.
