Location

Duties

• Independently manage a transportation litigation caseload from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and apply relevant transportation and logistics laws

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Negotiate settlements and agreements

• Prepare detailed case analysis reports for stakeholders and clients

• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices and practice groups

• Participate in litigation strategy discussions and client consultations

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in general casualty or transportation litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently

• First or second chair trial experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in deposition and motion practice

• Familiarity with transportation law, logistics regulations, or e-commerce liability is an asset

• Experience advising clients in national or multi-jurisdictional matters preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California

• Good standing with the California State Bar
