Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing in Texas.
• 8+ years of real estate law experience, particularly in transactional matters.
• Proven ability to generate or maintain client business.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
