Duties

• Review and adjust immigration applications and packets.
• Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions.
• Prepare and submit legal briefs for various immigration cases.
• Meet with clients to gather documents and guide them through visa processes.
• Utilize case management systems to monitor case milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all legal work products.
• Prepare and represent clients at government interviews.
• Perform other tasks as required to meet client and firm needs.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Completion of a Juris Doctorate program at an accredited U.S. law school.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar.
• One year of immigration law experience; EOIR preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school.
