Job Details:

Duties:

• Collaborate with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources Strategic Business Unit.
• Lead scopes of work within a team and oversee junior attorneys.
• Handle complex real estate transactions related to renewable energy projects.
• Develop and articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
• Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in real estate, with a focus on renewable energy transactions.
• Active Bar license in the state of Wisconsin (WI).
• Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of legal excellence.
• Commitment to community involvement and social responsibility.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Wisconsin (WI).
