The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm's files. Will act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. Be familiar with and work within the firm's case management system to create, manage, and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained.
