This role is ideal for a passionate advocate who can independently manage a high-volume caseload from inception through resolution. The position offers an opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and help injured clients seek justice and compensation through litigation, negotiation, and courtroom representation.

Location:

• Boynton Beach, Florida

Duties:

• Evaluate and advise on potential personal injury claims

• Represent clients at mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials

• Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from start to finish

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery responses, demand letters, subpoenas, and memoranda

• Collaborate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, expert witnesses, and supporting witnesses

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and legal guidance

• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to legal assistants, case managers, paralegals, and support staff

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar

• No history of disciplinary actions or malpractice

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

• Commitment to client service and high ethical standards

• Team-oriented with a professional and collaborative demeanor

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Bachelor’s degree required

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Excellent oral and written advocacy skills

• Strong research, negotiation, and drafting abilities

• Proficiency with legal software and case management tools

• Effective communicator and problem-solver
