Insurance Associate Attorney

Profile

A law firm in Southlake is seeking an Insurance Associate Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and counsel in insurance-related matters. The preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance coverage experience, excellent academic credentials, and strong writing and research skills.

Duties:

• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance matters.
• Assisting with insurance coverage analysis and litigation.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Assisting with deposition preparation and trial support.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 1-3 years of 1st and/or 3rd party property insurance coverage experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience:
