Duties:

• Manage a caseload involving insurance defense litigation, including personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

• Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients.

• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.

• Stay informed on evolving laws and regulations related to insurance defense.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Louisiana and in good standing.

• 1+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including trial experience.

• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• High level of professionalism and ethical integrity.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Louisiana State Bar.
