Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, hearings, and appeals

• Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs

• Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy

• Participate in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

• Handle case management duties including client communication and discovery

Requirements:

• Litigation experience preferred (early-career attorneys with motivation to learn encouraged to apply)

• Admission to practice law in New York (required)

• Admission to practice in both New York and New Jersey (preferred)

• High level of motivation, energy, and a desire to grow within a litigation-focused practice

• Strong professional demeanor and courtroom presence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New York (required)

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (preferred)
