McNamee Hosea is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Transactions practice area. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of substantive experience in the Commercial Real Estate, Corporate and Financial Transactional area, including experience in lender transaction representation and closing.

Interested candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong negotiation and communication skills and superior client-service orientation. Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to the MD Bar (D.C. Bar and/or VA Bar a plus). Salary commensurate with experience.

McNamee Hosea is seeking an Associate attorney for its Estate Planning and Trust Administration practice area. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of substantive experience in estate planning, estate administration, probate, wills and trusts, and trust administration (business law and/or tax experience a plus). Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to the Maryland bar.

Interested candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills and superior client-service orientation. Salary commensurate with experience.
