Duties

• Assist with management of client trademark portfolios.
• Create customized strategies for client trademark matters.
• Draft Office Action responses.
• Draft Letters of Protest.
• Draft demand letters and counsel clients on enforcement matters.
• Negotiate and draft agreements.
• Assist with TTAB matters.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in trademark matters.
• Admission in good standing to a state bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in new technology and platforms.
