Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation in business and commercial law matters

• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and other legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive legal strategies
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business and commercial law
• Proven track record in client counseling, relationship building, and business development
• Strong commitment to legal excellence and ethical practice
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Minnesota
