Lead Business Systems Analyst - IT
The candidate provides leadership in the requirements gathering and testing phases of the SDLC/project. Consults with business partners to identify and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, usage, formatting, and security requirements. Analyzes business processes and user requirements to document project scope. Develops, coordinates and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. Identifies program, application, and system problems and resolutions. Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures. Prepares deployment plans and manages release schedules for the application team. Monitors and documents post-implementation problems and revision requests. Plans to assign and review the work of other analysts. Coach and mentor business system analysts. Solves complex business problems.
