The successful candidate will have early responsibility on complex transactions and should possess exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.

Duties:

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Mid-level experience in renewable energy transactional work.
• Exposure to tax equity, M&A, and debt financing structures.
