A law firm is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney for their Boston office. The Mid-level to Senior Labor Relations Associate Attorney will join the firm's dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. The role involves handling various aspects of labor law, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns.

Duties:

• Represent premier local and national employers in labor-related matters
• Handle labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges
• Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
• Assist with union campaigns and related activities
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor relations issues
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, briefs, and memoranda
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on case strategy and preparation
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding academic record preferred
• 5+ years of labor law experience
• Experience with labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, and union campaigns
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
