Duties

• Provide expert legal advice and representation on family-based immigration petitions.
• Assist clients with employment-based visa applications, including work and student visas.
• Advise on applications under the Violence Against Women Act and other immigration reliefs.
• Represent clients in asylum applications and withholding of removal cases.
• Develop strategies for complex immigration issues and represent clients in various courts and agencies.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including petitions and appeals.
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring timely case progression and resolution.
• Maintain accurate case files and draft necessary legal documents.
• Advocate for clients' interests with immigration authorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to firm policies on immigration law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Admission to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent.
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree preferred.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction.
