The candidate daily operations of the records department. Filing, document scanning and profiling, answering telephone requests, file maintenance, delivery and retrieval. Primary functions: Documentation filing. Document scanning and profiling. Organization and maintenance of client-related documentation. Accessing and utilizing the department’s computer databases. Answering telephone requests. Client file delivery, retrieval, checkout and shelving. Document and information search (attorney/paralegal project assistance). Preparing file material for storage. Processing new files into Records Management database. Data entering/maintaining MicroSoft Word indices. Occasionally moving/retrieving boxes.
