Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant M&A experience.
• Experience as an integral associate on M&A transactions.
• Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
