Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes intellectual property disputes across a variety of jurisdictions. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a collaborative approach suited for a growing national practice.

Location:

• Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duties:

• Litigate intellectual property matters in federal courts and before the Federal Circuit

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal briefs

• Conduct legal research and complex fact investigations

• Manage discovery, including depositions and document production

• Assist with trial preparation and strategy development

• Collaborate with legal teams across various offices

• Engage with clients to support case planning and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Familiarity with Federal Circuit procedures preferred

• Ability to analyze and synthesize complex technical and legal information

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

• Proven commitment to client service and legal excellence

• Must hold or be eligible for admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Undergraduate degree required

• Graduate degree (if applicable) should be submitted with application materials

Certifications:

• Active and in-good-standing bar membership in the jurisdiction of intended practice
