This full-time position supports the Construction Practice Group and involves handling a high volume of matters, often in arbitration settings. Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions.
• Argue motions in court and participate in depositions.
• Engage in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of insurance and construction claims.
• Manage a team of paralegals and support staff.

Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in mediation, arbitration, and litigation of construction and design defect claims preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills

• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proven track record in settling cases.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
